families and providers to develop a personalized treatment plan that emphasizes healthy living and
mental health, while promoting social engagement and return to employment.
Minimally invasive interventions and medications may be recommended to identify the source of
the pain and improve function, however, high dose and long-term opiate therapy is generally
discouraged. We are currently accepting new patients and we look forward to helping you explore life
